RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Outlayer-Club – Return & Refund Policy

At Outlayer-Club, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be able to return your product and receive a refund in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
This policy applies to returns of both defective and non-defective products.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
Outlayer-Club offers a 30-calendar-day return period for eligible products.
The 30-day period starts on the date the customer receives the order.
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving their order, provided that the product meets the return conditions described below.
This 30-day return period is in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory statutory consumer rights.
2. Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For consumers covered by applicable European Union or United Kingdom consumer protection legislation, the customer may have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase within the applicable statutory period without giving a reason.
The statutory right of withdrawal does not affect any additional rights provided by our 30-day return policy.
3. Return Conditions
For a standard voluntary return, the product should be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- Unwashed and not altered.
- Not damaged beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
- Returned with original labels, accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.
- Accompanied by the original order number.
These conditions do not limit statutory consumer rights relating to defective, damaged or non-conforming products.
4. How to Request a Return

- Reason for the return, if applicable
- Photos of the product if it is damaged or defective
We will provide the customer with the applicable return instructions.

Please do not send a return before contacting us and receiving the applicable return instructions.
6. Return Shipping Costs
For a voluntary return because the customer has changed their mind or no longer wants the product, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.
Outlayer-Club does not charge a restocking fee.
If a product is defective, damaged upon arrival, incorrect, or does not conform to the order, Outlayer-Club will cover reasonable return costs where required by applicable law.
7. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, Outlayer-Club will process the applicable refund.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
For a statutory withdrawal, Outlayer-Club will refund the payments received from the customer, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option offered at the time of purchase, where required by applicable law.
Additional delivery costs resulting from the customer choosing a more expensive delivery option are not refundable where permitted by law.
For voluntary returns made under our additional 30-day return policy, the original outbound shipping cost is generally not refundable.
8. Refund Processing Time
Once the returned product has been received and approved, Outlayer-Club will normally process the refund within 14 calendar days.
After the refund has been processed, the payment provider or bank may require additional time before the funds appear in the customer's account.
9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact:

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
10. Exchanges
Outlayer-Club does not offer guaranteed direct exchanges for different products, sizes or colours.
If a customer requires a different product, size or colour, the customer may return the eligible product and place a new order, subject to availability.
11. Non-Returnable Products
Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where an applicable legal exception applies.
Examples may include
- Products made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons where the seal has been removed.
- Products that have become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
Any applicable exclusion will be communicated to the customer where required by law.
12. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

13. Statutory Consumer Rights
This Return & Refund Policy does not exclude, restrict or replace any mandatory statutory consumer rights.
Where applicable consumer protection law provides customers with greater rights than those described in this policy, the applicable statutory rights will prevail.
